It is not necessary to exercise while working, but for those having trouble finding the time to exercise, Exerpeutic Workfit 1000 Desk Station is a great option, especially if the work involves only the use of a computer or using the mobile phone. The seat is quite comfortable for short duration of activity and the backrest makes it easy to do your workout while working. There are more comfortable models out there, but this is a folding model and is relatively compact.

- The bike is very quiet and hence doesn’t create a disturbance for others at home.
- It has a storage drawer, which is big enough to store paper, pen, keys etc.
- Arm rest: While overall comfortable, the lack of armrest, probably due to the folding requirements might cause discomfort over longer periods.
- Small LCD: The LCD panel is relatively small and provides the bare minimum information. No possibility for expansion of function nor is it programmable.
- No mobile support: There is no Bluetooth or connectivity features in this offering, which makes it antiquated very fast. There is no possibility to enhance the functionality offered.
- No charging dock: There is no charging option provided for the laptop or mobile devices. In fact, the system uses 2 AAA batteries only for its LCD and no additional electrical supply is utilized.
