What at home exercise eqpnmueit is best for fastest weight loss and health?I have a budget of $400.I’m interested in Weight Loss (40 lbs) , Improved Energy, and some Toning.Confused by all the different kinds of eqpnmueit available, not sure which is best for my needs.Treadmill, Bicycle, Elliptical Trainer etc. I’ve seen lots of Nordictrack and Bowflex commercials, but I believe they are out of my price range.Winter will be here soon and I know I will not have the will power to do my walking or pay money to drive to a gym everyday, I know myself too well. I enjoy being at home anyways.
